About Linnea
Linnea is a Crown Jewel-boat designed by the naval architect Tom MacNaughton in Maine. He has been very helpful during our building and has designed a whole series of the same type, the Coin Collection. Linnea is the largest one in the series with Farthing, only 17 ft overall as the smallest.
Linnea is a bit different then current production boats:
- Junk rig
- Inside steering station
- Flush decked
- No foot well in the cockpit
- Heavy - disp/length ratio = 420.
