Painted bottom
Posted on June 17th, 2007 No commentsThe hull looks much nicer with the anti fouling paint. More similar to how she will look in the water. So I just thought I should share a picture. Yesterday I also finished all but the last 6 mm wire for the stanchions (they are actually double like shark fins).

Finished planing the ugly mast
Posted on June 17th, 2007 No comments
Ok, our mast is quite ugly, actually. Lets say temporary. It has checks, knots and it is crooked. I suppose the biggest problem with that is going to marinas being bullied by the neighbour on the jetty. Anyway, today I finished planing it. Next step will be to sand it and oil it well with Owatrol. I suppose it will work out quite ok, at least for trials.
